High Salary SG

Players costing over $6,250

Devin Booker (at UTA – $8,800): Needs 42.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 54.5 fantasy points against Sacramento. I keep banging on post-All-Star break Devin Booker because post-All-Star break Devin Booker is the most unstoppable player in the league when he wants to be. The Jazz are a tough matchup but he did have 42 fantasy points against them on Mar. 13. His ceiling is high, but he’s less reliable just due to the matchup. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

D’Angelo Russell (at POR – $8,600): Needs 41.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 49.5 fantasy points against LA Lakers. Russell has really turned things around on this road trip and even though the Blazers can be a tough matchup, I’m not doubting Russell right now. He’s helping lead the Nets to a playoff spot and continues to get plenty of minutes and opportunities. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Donovan Mitchell (vs PHO – $8,200): Needs 39.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31 fantasy points against Chicago. Mitchell wasn’t needed against the Bulls and he may not be needed against the Suns. But the Suns are scrappy enough to potentially keep this competitive. He had 38.25 fantasy points against the Suns on Mar. 13. He should be around value if nothing else but a blowout could limit his ceiling. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
