Players costing over $6,667

Aaron Gordon (vs PHI – $7,700): Needs 33.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 12.6 fantasy points against Memphis. Just when I turned the corner on Aaron Gordon, he goes and does nothing against the Grizzlies. I’m going to hope that the Grizzlies game was just an off night and expect him to be better in this one. He’s averaging 41.8 fantasy points in three games against the Sixers if you’re looking for some confidence in him. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Tobias Harris (at ORL – $7,500): Needs 32.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 27.8 fantasy points against Atlanta. Harris has kind of settled into his role with the Sixers and has become a reliable option, but hasn’t shown a high ceiling as of late. He did have 49.9 fantasy points against the Magic on Mar. 5. Given the matchup and recent play, he should be able to get you value if nothing else in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Derrick Favors (vs PHO – $6,800): Needs 29.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 19.7 fantasy points against Chicago. Favors has been under 24 fantasy points in three of his last four and that’s bad news for a guy at this salary. But he’s also getting the Suns. He had 41.9 fantasy points against the Suns on Mar. 13. I’m going to trust Favors in this matchup but he is a slight risk. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.
