High Salary PG

Players costing over $6,667

Kemba Walker (vs SA – $9,300): Needs 40.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 55.1 fantasy points against Toronto. The thing you have to identify in these final two weeks is who is still playing for something. And Kemba and the Hornets are still playing something. The Spurs can be a tough matchup but they’re not quite as good on the road. And Kemba will have to do everything he can to potentially will the Hornets into the playoffs. Love his ceiling, not sure if he’s the most reliable option. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Trae Young (at NO – $8,200): Needs 35.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 52.7 fantasy points against Philadelphia. Young doesn’t have a playoff spot to play for but he does have reason to keep playing hard. Meanwhile, the Pelicans just have nothing going on and nothing to be excited about, especially if Holiday isn’t playing. I love the way Young is playing right now and will continue to trust him for big outings. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Tomas Satoransky (at LAL – $6,900): Needs 30.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.6 fantasy points against Miami. Satoransky’s salary has jumped but I’m going to trust him in this matchup. He’s shown a high ceiling and it’s the Lakers. Satoransky has reason to play well because he’s playing for his position next season. And with teams sort of trying against Beal, Satoransky will have to continue to step up. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
