Players costing $6,667 or under

Miles Bridges (vs SA – $5,500): Needs 22.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.7 fantasy points against Toronto. Bridges is getting the start and making the most of it. The Spurs can be a tough matchup but I like the way Bridges is playing right now and with the Hornets on the verge of elimination, he’ll continue to play with energy and do his best to lift them into the playoffs. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Rudy Gay (at CHA – $5,500): Needs 22.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 20.3 fantasy points against Boston. Gay has been down a bit in the last couple of games but I’m not worried about him. Not in this matchup anyway. The Hornets don’t offer any defense and don’t have anything going on in their frontcourt. This should be a bounce-back game for Gay as he gets his points and rebounds. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Nemanja Bjelica (at DAL – $5,200): Needs 21.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 21.2 fantasy points against LA Lakers. Bjelica is at a good salary given his usual minutes and opportunities. Granted, those minutes can drop without a moments notice, but I’m going to trust that they will be there in this matchup. He can do a bit of everything and has flashed a high ceiling. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
