25. player. 54. . Running Back. Alabama. Josh Jacobs

The Philadelphia Eagles made it back to  the playoff last season, although they did so with the current starting quarterback of the Jacksonville Jaguars. For the second year in a row, Nick Foles led the Eagles to the postseason, and while they did not win the Super Bowl again, he proved to be one of the more clutch quarterbacks in football.

In 2019, Foles will be in Jacksonville, as the team made the choice to back former first rounder Carson Wentz. When healthy, Wentz is one of the better young quarterbacks in the NFL, but injuries have derailed his career the last two seasons, and it remains to be seen if he can win big games at  the NFL level.

No matter who is playing quarterback next season, this Eagles team needs to do a better job running  back, and they should look to add the only first round running back in this draft class. Josh Jacobs from Alabama can do it all, and on this Eagles team, he would be another dominant weapon for Wentz to choose from.

Philadelphia had a terrible run game in 2018, and by adding a player of Jacobs caliber, they instantly make the position group better. This is a team to keep an eye on next season, because Wentz has no security blanket in Foles anymore, and it will be crucial that he stays healthy for the stretch run.
