High Value PG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Dennis Schroder (vs IND – $5,700): Needs 27.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.25 fantasy points against Memphis. Schroder has found his rhythm coming off the bench and I’m going to continue to trust him because the Thunder need anything they can get out of anyone right now. He’s a streaky player and he can always bottom out, but the minutes and opportunities will be there if nothing else. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

Ricky Rubio (vs LAL – $5,600): Needs 27 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.25 fantasy points against Phoenix. Minutes might be an issue for Rubio but even in limited minutes, he should do enough to at least hit value given the matchup. The Lakers aren’t good and they are on a back-to-back. And LeBron might not play, which could actually help their defense. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Seth Curry (at CHI – $4,200): Needs 20 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.5 fantasy points against Brooklyn. Curry has stepped up with McCollum out of the lineup and now with Nurkic out of the lineup, they’ll need Curry to be even better. It’s a great matchup and he’s at a very good salary given the minutes and opportunities he typically gets. Once again, I just don’t know where the Blazers are going to be at with their mindset. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
