FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – March 27, 2019
High Salary C
Players costing over $6,667
Rudy Gobert (vs LAL – $10,000): Needs 43.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 44 fantasy points against Phoenix. It’s Gobert against the Lakers. The only concern in this one is Gobert not getting enough minutes to make a big impact. But he’s proven that he can put up over 50 fantasy points in less than 30 minutes. And it’s the Lakers. He should dominate their weak frontcourt. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Jonas Valanciunas (vs GS – $8,400): Needs 36.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 41.3 fantasy points against Oklahoma City. Valanciunas continues to deliver for the Grizzlies and even though the Warriors can be a tough matchup, I’m not doubting Jonas right now. And it’s not like Cousins is this defensive anchor who can bother Valanciunas as much as you’d like him to. He’s also the top rebounding option on the squad. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Thomas Bryant (at PHO – $6,700): Needs 29.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 11.7 fantasy points against LA Lakers. It’s a back-to-back for the Wizards but I’m not concerned as long as Bryant gets the minutes. If he gets the minutes, he’ll be at value against this matchup. You can also look towards Deandre Ayton because the matchup is just as good the other way. But it’s the Devin Booker show in Phoenix right now. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
