High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,667

LeBron James (at UTA – $11,000): Needs 45.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 52.4 fantasy points against Washington. It’s a back-to-back for the Lakers and who knows if LeBron is even going to play in this game. And if he plays, who knows if he’s going to get the minutes that he needs in this matchup. And it is a tough matchup as the Jazz are in no position to screw around. With all of the factors, I’m not exactly loving LeBron at this salary. But he’s also LeBron. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

Paul George (vs IND – $10,400): Needs 43.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 49.9 fantasy points against Memphis. George has been at 49 fantasy points in each of the last two games. He had 51.7 fantasy points against the Pacers on Mar. 14. His shooting is all over the place but he finds other ways to contribute and at some point and Thunder have to break out of this slump, right? Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Kevin Durant (at MEM – $9,400): Needs 39 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 37.5 fantasy points against Detroit. Durant hasn’t hit value since Mar. 8 against the Nuggets. Granted, he missed a couple of games with an injury, but still. He’ll always get his numbers because it’s easy for him to get numbers on the team he’s on. But you just need a little more from him at this salary and he’s not giving it to you right. And his ceiling is more limited than the other two given the team he’s on. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.
