High Salary PG

Players costing over $6,250

D’Angelo Russell (at PHI – $8,700): Needs 41.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 62.75 fantasy points against Portland. Have you seen Philly’s defense as of late? The Nets still have something to play for and the Sixers, while locked into a playoff spot, have a lot of things to fix. Their defense is abysmal and Russell has all the tools to carve them up. He should be in for a big night unless he just misses shots or Philly’s defense gets fixed overnight. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Luka Doncic (at MIA – $8,400): Needs 40.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 63.5 fantasy points against Sacramento. Luka has been over 60 fantasy points in his last two games. Maybe he’s feeling some pressure from Trae Young in the Rookie of the Year vote? Probably not. He’s just really good. And about the only player on the Mavericks who you can count on for a big game when it comes to their backcourt. It’s a a tough matchup but I’m not in the business of doubting Luka. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Eric Bledsoe (vs LAC – $7,100): Needs 34.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 43.75 fantasy points against Houston. Bledsoe has been playing well as of late and is looking to raise his game going into the playoffs. We all know what happened to Bledsoe last year in the playoffs so he probably wants to make amends this year. This should be a game with plenty of offense, especially if the Clippers are missing Beverley. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
