High Value SG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Dwyane Wade (vs DAL – $5,800): Needs 27.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 46.75 fantasy points against Orlando. I am definitely not in the business of doubting DWade during the final two weeks of his final regular season. He’s been over 40 fantasy points in this last two games and now gets a great matchup against the Mavericks. He can be a big miss but when he hits, he hits big. I trust him to keep it up in this game. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

Shai Gilgeous Alexander (at MIL – $5,500): Needs 26.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 23 fantasy points against Minnesota. No Beverley would boost SAG’s value as it will present him with more minutes and opportunities. He already gets the minutes and he’s been delivering in those minutes. He also had a monster 37.5 fantasy points effort when these two teams met way back in November. I like this spot for him and like the way the Clippers are playing overall. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Spencer Dinwiddie (at PHI – $5,400): Needs 25.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.5 fantasy points against Portland. As I mentioned earlier with Russell, I don’t like the Philly defense for anything right now and I do like Dinwiddie’s ceiling as a scorer and playmaker. He had 51 fantasy points against the Sixers on Dec. 12 and is averaging 39.8 fantasy points in three games against them. The circumstances were different then but his ceiling remains very high. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
