High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,250

Giannis Antetokounmpo (vs LAC – $11,200): Needs 51.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 45.5 fantasy points against Houston. The Bucks are pretty much locked into the top seed and they’ll continue to rest Giannis moving forward. But he’s been a guy all season who puts up big numbers in limited minutes. He had 68 fantasy points against the Clippers on Nov. 10. That was a long time ago but you typically know what you’re getting out of Giannis either way. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Danilo Gallinari (at MIL – $7,400): Needs 34 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 49 fantasy points against Minnesota. Speaking of guys who you just know what you’re getting out of, Gallinari continues to be an outstanding option with plenty of reliability. He’s been great during this recent stretch for the Clippers, continues to get the minutes, and the Clippers need his scoring and rebounding. You can always take him with confidence. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Jimmy Butler (vs BKN – $7,300): Needs 33.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34 fantasy points against Orlando. Butler has seemingly settled into a nice rhythm for the Sixers and now he gets a matchup that he’s played very well against this season. Granted, it was only one game, but he had 63.5 fantasy points in that game. And it’s not like the Nets offer much defense. This should be a game where the offense shines for both teams. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
