High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,667

Giannis Antetokounmpo (vs LAC – $12,400): Needs 51.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 42.8 fantasy points against Houston. As always, you can take Giannis with confidence. Even though he was down a bit against the Rockets, he’s still Giannis. And the Clippers are a great matchup with their pace. It’s a high salary but it’s also a slow night at the small forward position and Giannis is always an easy guy to build around if you want to spend at this position. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Danilo Gallinari (at MIL – $7,400): Needs 30.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 44 fantasy points against Minnesota. And if you want to save money and get reliable production given the salary, you can go with Gallinari. He’s been a very reliable option for the majority of the season and he just continues to get it done with his scoring and rebounding. Maybe his playmaking goes up a bit if Beverley sits. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Rudy Gay (vs CLE – $6,400): Needs 26.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.8 fantasy points against Charlotte. With loads to be managed and questionable players, Gay is your next top option even though he’s under the salary line. The minutes and chances are usually there for him and he’s up against the Cavaliers, which always helps. He should get his scoring and rebounding numbers in this one and could end up with a strong night given the matchup. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
