Best and worst case scenario for every MLB team in 2019

Houston Astros
The Houston Astros head into the 2019 season as the favorites in the AL West, after winning the division in each of the last two seasons. In 2017, they won the World Series, and while 2018 was considered a disappointment by their standards, they still made it all the way to the National League Championship Series.
Houston made right by star third baseman Alex Bregman this offseason, signing him to a long-term deal, and repaying him for his stellar play since coming into the league. This is a roster that is loaded from top to bottom, and the hope is Carlos Correa can have a bounce-back season in 2019. Houston has also bolstered the bullpen this offseason, making this team even more dangerous than the 2018 version.
Best case scenario
This team has all the pieces you need to win a World Series, and heading into the 2019 season, that is the No. 1 goal for A.J. Hinch and his team. They made sure they locked up Justin Verlander this offseason, and he will lead a rotation that should be dominant, even without Dallas Keuchel, who has won ten or more games in four of the last five seasons.
Worst case scenario
The Astros were the most dominant team in the AL West last season, winning over 100 games, and steamrolling into the playoffs. However, they failed to make it to the World Series, and you would have to think that the worst case scenario for this team is they make it to the playoffs, but are bounced early.
