4. Oakland Raiders

The Raiders have made a notable addition to their secondary in free agency, signing free safety Lamarcus Joyner. Former first round pick Gareon Conley was mostly healthy and had a solid season in 2018, but beyond him the depth chart is not particularly promising (Daryl Worley, Nick Nelson, Nevin Lawson).

The Raiders could get a top-tier cornerback with one of their three first round picks in April. But they still have plenty of cap space ($29.5 million, via Over The Cap) to make a veteran addition to a defense that still needs some help. A trade looks like the route to do that, at least as it relates to the secondary, so an offer for Rhodes.

If the Vikings are going to fleece anyone in a trade, it might be the Raiders with Jon Gruden running the show and new general manager Mike Mayock in concert with whatever Gruden wants if he wants to remain employed. They also happen to need a capable corner quite badly, so general manager Rick Spielman could play on that to get something of note for Rhodes.
