Green Bay has made finding a big receiver in the slot a priority this offseason and NC State’s Jakobi Meyers is one player who could perfectly fit the role.

Meyers (6-foot-2, 203 pounds) played second-fiddle to fellow wideout Kelvin Harmon at NC State but offers intriguing upside as a prospect in his own right. While he isn’t the most explosive, he offers enough quickness and size to create mismatches and should be productive with further development.

After starting his college career as a quarterback, Meyers is still learning the nuances of the position, so the Packers could afford to be patient to see just how he fits in LaFleur’s offense.

Linebacker remains one key spot that the Packers will look to address in the draft and thankfully, this class happens to be one of the most athletic at the position in quite some time.

David Long Jr. (5-foot-11, 227 pounds) earned Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2018 and is one of the fastest, hardest-hitting linebackers in the entire draft. While he’s a bit undersized for the position, Long clearly plays with a chip on his shoulder and puts it all on the field for every play.

His burst and aggressiveness can lead to missed tackles at times but there’s no denying that Long has the athleticism and production to, at worst, be a dynamic special teams player at the next level. I think Long is one of the more underrated linebacker prospects in the class and could be a great addition for Green Bay in the fourth round.
