Players costing $6,250 or under

Bam Adebayo (at NY – $6,100): Needs 28.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 36 fantasy points against Dallas. Adebayo has been playing great as of late and now he gets the Knicks. As I’ve been saying with Miami, with all their injuries, they need production from someone and Adebayo has proven that he can put up numbers in all categories. And it’s the Knicks. You can always bet against the Knicks. Even in limited minutes, he’ll deliver. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Cristiano Felicio (vs TOR – $4,000): Needs 19.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26.25 fantasy points against Portland. Felicio has been getting the bulk of the minutes right now over Robin Lopez so as long as he’s getting those minutes, you can take him with confidence. He’s at a good salary given his usual minutes and even though the Raptors can be a tough matchup, their energy probably won’t be there too much in this one. And someone has to get numbers for the Bulls. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Boban Marjanovic (at MIN – $3,500): Needs 16.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 21.75 fantasy points against Brooklyn. With no Embiid in the lineup, Boban is expected to draw the start and while he can’t guard Towns on the perimeter, he can handle his own in the post. And really he’s just at a great salary given the minutes he should get with Embiid out of the lineup. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
