High Value SG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Dwyane Wade (at NY – $6,200): Needs 29.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 24.5 fantasy points against Dallas. It’s Wade’s last trip to Madison Square Garden and I am here for it. The Heat have a ton of injuries to key players so Wade should see big minutes in this one. And we know he has a high ceiling. And it’s the Knicks. And did I mention that it’s his last trip to the Garden? I expect Wade to show out in this game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Josh Okogie (vs PHI – $5,000): Needs 23.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 38.25 fantasy points against Golden State. It’s a back-to-back for the Timberwolves and Okogie’s salary has jumped, but I still like his game overall. And I’m not worried about his lack of energy or stamina on the back-to-back. He’ll bring it. Pay attention to any lineup changes for lower salary guys if you’re looking to save some money at this position. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Wayne Selden Jr (vs TOR – $5,000): Needs 23.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 35 fantasy points against Portland. Once again, the Bulls are just out of options and Selden Jr has stepped up in a big way in the last two games as a member of the starting lineup. He’s been over 30 fantasy points in the last two games. If the Bulls are forced to start Selden Jr once again, you can take him with confidence because someone has to get these numbers. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
