High Value PG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Shaquille Harrison (vs TOR – $6,100): Needs 26.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 42 fantasy points against Portland. With all the injuries to the Bulls, someone has to step up and get numbers for them. And it’s been Harrison who has done just that. The Raptors can be a tough matchup but the Raptors also don’t have much incentive to give full effort in this one. Meanwhile, Harrison has a big incentive to give full effort. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

DJ Augustin (at IND – $6,000): Needs 26.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.8 fantasy points against Detroit. Augustin has been over 30 fantasy points in three of his last four games. He continues to get big minutes for the Magic and he’s a veteran who knows how to step up in this spot and potentially push the Magic into the playoffs. The Pacers being on a back-to-back does help them. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Fred VanVleet (at CHI – $5,500): Needs 24.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 36.6 fantasy points against New York. With Kawhi out of the lineup, VanVleet will draw the start and he’s been strong as the starter for most of the season. And it’s the Bulls. Even if the Raptors don’t need to give full effort, they’ll still get plenty of numbers because they are playing the Bulls. VanVleet is at a nice salary compared to the rest of the field. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
