High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Thaddeus Young (vs ORL – $6,100): Needs 26 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 32.8 fantasy points against Boston. It’s a back-to-back for the Pacers but Young looked more like himself against the Celtics and he’s dominated this matchup this season. He’s averaging 36.4 fantasy points in three games against the Pacers this season. This is his matchup and even though it’s a back-to-back, I trust him to deliver. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Serge Ibaka (at CHI – $5,300): Needs 22.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.5 fantasy points against New York. Ibaka still isn’t seeing big minutes with Marc Gasol now in the mix but he remains at a good salary for the minutes he is getting and he’s up against the Bulls. Even in limited minutes, he should have no issue getting his numbers in this one. His ceiling might be limited due to the minutes being limited, but he’s a very reliable option. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Zach Collins (at DET – $5,100): Needs 21.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 23.3 fantasy points against Atlanta. Collins will continue to see good minutes with Nurkic out, especially in this matchup against the Pistons with their two bigs in the paint. Kanter is going to have a tough time on defense and they’ll have to use Collins a bit more. If you want to spend more money in this game, you can go with Aminu, who has really stepped up with Nurkic out of the lineup. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
