High Salary PG

Players costing over $6,667

Stephen Curry (vs CHA – $9,800): Needs 43.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 52.1 fantasy points against Minnesota. You know what you’re getting out of Curry on most nights. It’s a high salary but he almost always finds ways to deliver and he’s actually been one of the more underrated players in the league this season. I’m sure Warriors fans will love me for that comment. The Warriors might not care on defense, but their offense is still humming and the Hornets definitely won’t be the team to slow them down. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Kemba Walker (at GS – $9,600): Needs 42.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34.4 fantasy points against LA Lakers. The loss to the Lakers all but ends the season for the Hornets but they are still hanging on for now and I have to expect that Kemba will bounce back in a big way in this game. The ceiling is high and he won’t want to go out like he did against the Lakers. Stamina is a concern but we know the ceiling is very high for Kemba. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Jamal Murray (vs WAS – $7,300): Needs 32.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 49.5 fantasy points against Oklahoma City. Murray has been over 35 fantasy points in three straight and over 43 fantasy points in three of his last four. He’s a boom or bust kind of player but he’s booming in a big way right now and I have to trust that he’ll keep it going in this matchup. He had 27.8 fantasy points in 26 minutes against the Wizards on Mar. 21. Expect him to bounce back as long as the game isn’t a blowout. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
