A new, special look at Avengers: Endgame has been released, and the new trailer has us even more pumped up for the latest Avengers story.

The countdown to Avengers: Endgame is continuing, and if we weren’t already pumped enough, a new special look at the upcoming film has us even more psyched.

“Special Look” is apt because the new trailer released for Endgame isn’t really a “trailer” in the traditional sense. This new clip, released on April 2, pulls the curtain back a bit more on what we can expect on April 26. Now, there are people who don’t want to learn any more about what Avengers: Endgame is going to produce, and if you belong in this camp, I suggest not watching the new trailer.

However, if you’re in the camp that you just want to see a little bit more about what happens, then the new trailer may whet the appetite somewhat, but not all the way. Marvel Studios has done a fantastic job of keeping the juicer details of Avengers: Endgame way from us fans and scribes who are thirsting for more.

Trailers these days have a tendency to display most of the plot within their films, almost to the point where you feel like you’ve seen most of the movie when you finally go to the theater to see it. Marvel, for the most part, has skewed from this trend, but that doesn’t mean that it has put out a trailer or two that has given away most of the plotline.

But they’re not doing this with Avengers: Endgame.

They know how massive this film will be, and they’re guarding the secrets of the film very closely, while still giving us just a taste of what’s to come. The new trailer is brilliant in that sense, but I personally hope it’s the last before we finally shell out our 17 bucks to see how the Avengers take on Thanos.
