DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – April 2, 2019
High Salary PF
Players costing over $6,250
Kevin Durant (vs DEN – $8,800): Needs 40.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26 fantasy points against Charlotte. Durant was down against the Hornets because the minutes weren’t there against the Hornets. The minutes should be back up in this game as it projects to be a more competitive outing. And you typically know what you’re getting out of Durant. He’s a reliable option at this salary due to his overall game and the team he plays for. He’s averaging 46.6 fantasy points against the Nuggets this season in three games. He’ll get you value if nothing else. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
LaMarcus Aldridge (vs ATL – $8,400): Needs 39.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 61.5 fantasy points against Sacramento. Aldridge has been over 48 fantasy points in three of his last four games. He’s a high ceiling guy and a great matchup in front of him on Tuesday as the Hawks are going to be without Collins and Dedmon. This should be an easy game for Aldridge to feast in the paint and on the boards. He had 47.75 fantasy points against the Hawks on Mar. 6 and is averaging 45.8 fantasy points in his last three games against them. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Marvin Bagley III (vs HOU – $6,700): Needs 31.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 37.5 fantasy points against Houston. MB3 missed the game against the Spurs but is scheduled to be back in this game. He’s coming off a strong game against the Rockets and was moved into the starting lineup. The minutes are going to be. There either way. And I love his game overall. He’s averaging 31.5 fantasy points in three games against the Rockets this season. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
