FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – April 2, 2019
High Salary SF
Players costing over $6,667
Paul George (vs LAL – $10,200): Needs 41.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 49.2 fantasy points against Dallas. George’s shooting is still all over the place and really, the Thunder as a team are all over the place right now. His ceiling is high and the matchup is great but I don’t know what you’re getting with Paul George or this OKC offense right now. It feels like a game where he will deliver but I would have though the same thing in any of their other games in recent weeks. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
Kevin Durant (vs DEN – $9,600): Needs 39.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 23.9 fantasy points against Charlotte. Durant was down against the Hornets but it was a blowout so don’t put much stock into that. The minutes will be up in this one unless the Nuggets really are overwhelmed and the Warriors are just in the mood to take no prisoners. Durant is typically a reliable player given his talent and team he’s on. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Rudy Gay (vs ATL – $6,500): Needs 26.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.3 fantasy points against Sacramento. It doesn’t matter if Gay draws the start or not because the minutes are going to be there for him either way. And the matchup is great. He had 30.2 fantasy points against the Hawks on Mar. 6. The matchup is an easy one for the Spurs and for Gay. The rebounds and points should definitely be there for him in this game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
