Jawaan Taylor. 13. player. 59. . Offensive Lineman. Florida

The Miami Dolphins have parted ways with franchise quarterback Ryan Tannehill, sending him to the Tennessee Titans for a bag of footballs. In all seriousness, Tannehill never became the franchise quarterback this franchise thought he would be, and now the team goes into the season with Ryan Fitzpatrick as their starter.

Fitzpatrick is a guy who has proven that he can win games in this league, but he has never been able to do it on a consistent basis. The Dolphins may not be in the business of winning games this season anyway, as the plan could be to lose a more than they win, and hopefully try to get an elite arm in next year’s draft.

This year, they should start building for the future, and that includes bringing in some elite talent on the offensive line. One guy they could look to add is Jawaan Taylor from Florida, who many believe to be one of the better offensive linemen in this draft class, if not the best.

The goal for Miami has got to be getting better this season, and seeing what they have in their younger players. Remember, they have a rookie head coach in Brian Flores, who comes from a winning culture in New England, so tanking is going to be out of the question. There is not a ton of talent on this roster, but adding Taylor gives them a building block along this offensive line.
