High Value PF

Players costing $6,250 or under

Gordon Hayward (at IND – $5,600): Needs 25.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME -46 fantasy points against Miami. Hayward has been all over the place this season but he’s coming off a strong game against the Heat. He had just 20.5 fantasy points in 22 minutes against the Pacers on Mar. 29, which is certainly a concern. But I have a good feeling about him on Friday. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

Ivan Rabb (at DAL – $5,300): Needs 24.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 32 fantasy points against Portland. Rabb drew the start in the last game for the Grizzlies, which led to more minutes, which led to better production. As long as he starts again, then just assume the minutes will be there. And given the matchup, assume that he’ll play well again. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Jerami Grant (vs DET – $5,300): Needs 24.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.75 fantasy points against LA Lakers. Grant can be a bit all over the place but he’s at a good salary and always gets big minutes for the Thunder. The scoring can be there, especially if Russell Westbrook is going to go for 20 assists again. And with Blake Griffin out of the lineup, Grant should have an easier time on Friday. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
