10 superstars who still need to be in the WWE Hall of Fame

Vickie Guerrero
While some may think that Vickie Guerrero belongs nowhere near the WWE Hall of Fame, those people couldn’t be more wrong. After being a part of a crazy storyline with husband Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio over Mysterio’s son, Dominick, Vickie naturally took time away from the industry to mourn the death of Eddie following his unfortunate passing.
But Vickie came back and built a Hall of Fame career all on her own, becoming one of the biggest female heel personalities that the business has ever seen. Was she annoying? Absolutely. Was she supposed to be annoying? Absolutely. She had a job to do and she did it well. Her “marriage” to Edge when he was in the prime of his career was absolute genius storytelling. Her personality elevated her programs with Big Show and Dolph Ziggler and LayCool and anyone with whom she got involved. She got the audience to react, and that’s a major part of sports entertainment.
Whether it’s good or bad, getting the crowd or the people at home to react, means a wrestler (or a valet or a manager or a general manager or any performer) is doing his or her job and doing it well. Guerrero did her job well. Her sendoff with Stephanie McMahon in 2014 was brilliant and the crowd’s appreciation was great to see. It might take a few years but we’ll see Vickie in the WWE Hall of Fame at some point.
