FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – April 6, 2019
High Salary PG
Players costing over $6,667
Ben Simmons (at CHI – $9,500): Needs 42 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.3 fantasy points against Milwaukee. It was a rough outing for Simmons against the Bucks but I’m not worried about him going into Saturday. This matchup is too easy for him, especially if Embiid is out of the lineup. Expect a bounce back performance from Simmons and a bounce back performance in a big way. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Eric Bledsoe (vs BKN – $8,000): Needs 35.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 0 fantasy points against Philadelphia. Bledsoe played only three minutes against the Sixers because he thought he was in PE class and playing dodgeball. He had 62.5 fantasy points against the Nets on Apr. 1 and I still love his game going into the playoffs. He’ll make up for lost time in this game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
High Value PG
Players costing $6,667 or under
Shaquille Harrison (vs PHI – $7,000): Needs 31 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 32.3 fantasy points against Washington. We’re cheating off the bat because there just aren’t many strong options. If you want to go with Spencer Dinwiddie in this spot, you can go with Spencer Dinwiddie in this spot. But Harrison, even at this salary, offers more given his role and the Sixers lack of defense, especially with Embiid out of the lineup. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
George Hill (vs BKN – $4,200): Needs 18.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.5 fantasy points against Philadelphia. Hill has been over 28 fantasy points in his last three games. He’s a veteran who knows how to raise his game going into the playoffs and he’s doing just that for the Bucks. He had 30.9 fantasy points against the Nets on April 1 and should be in for another strong night in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
