Round 1

1.1Hakeem Butler, WR – He is not the player most are talking about at the top, but he has the potential to be a mix between A.J. Green and Megatron. Huge like Megatron with Green’s route-running savvy, if he goes to the right team he could be a league winner from year 1.

1.2A.J. Brown, WR – Many are talking about DK Metcalf because of his freakish combine performance, but Brown is the best receiver for fantasy from Ole Miss. He really has it all – size (226 pounds), speed (ran a 4.49 40), route running, and experience in the slot and outside. He will be an instant starter for whoever drafts him

1.3Josh Jacobs, RB – It is very ironic that the top running back on my board (and a majority of the boards I’ve seen) was not even a starter on his own college team. But Jacobs has an elite combination of vision, power, and footwork, and also good hands for receiving. If given a chance to start, he will instantly be a top 20 NFL back.

1.4D.K. Metcalf, WR – Metcalf is not as savvy as the receivers above him or many of the receivers below him when it comes to footwork and route running. But he is a monster, and he is fast, and he has very good hands. Those three traits will wipe out many of his deficiencies, and could lead to him becoming a faster, more dominant, and certainly more fit version of Alshon Jeffery.
