1. Justice Hill

The Packers never seemed completely comfortable with any of their running backs last season. That might have been a product of Mike McCarthy’s coaching, but the players deserve some responsibility for failing to distinguish themselves. It makes sense for Green Bay to add one guy to the mix via the draft.

Justice Hill would give them something completely different. It’s easy to get caught up in what he’s not. He’s not a big back. He doesn’t show much patience in the hole. Hill isn’t going to hold up in blitz pickup situations.

However, you can’t ignore what he does well. He’s a guy who can run the football with a ton of energy. Hill also has the speed to turn nothing plays into sizable gains. If you’re comfortable that he can develop his pass catching skills at the next level, it’s easy to see him making a big impact on your team.

That’s the gamble the Packers should take. Rodgers needs a safety valve at times and Hill can grow into that guy. He might not be ready to go Week 1, but by the middle of the season he might be the guy every Fantasy Football owner is trying to add. The Packers should roll the dice on him on Day Three.
