High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,250

Pascal Siakam (at MIN – $7,300): Needs 34.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 38.5 fantasy points against Miami. You typically know what you’re getting out of Siakam and even though he’s been up-and-down a bit as of late, I trust him in this matchup. The Raptors don’t have reason to care but the Timberwolves don’t play defense and this feels like a game where Siakam dominates as Leonard takes a step back a bit. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Larry Nance Jr (vs CHA – $6,600): Needs 31.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 41 fantasy points against San Antonio. Even if Kevin Love plays, there’s no guarantee that he’s going to play big minutes. Meanwhile, Nance Jr is going to get the minutes and he has definitely been producing in a big way as of late. And now he gets the Hornets frontcourt. He’s at a good enough salary compared to most of the field and I see no reason to doubt him in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Draymond Green (at NO – $6,300): Needs 29.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 52.5 fantasy points against LA Clippers. As I said prior to the Clippers game, Green is a guy who is going to raise his game heading into the playoffs as the Warriors get on track. And he showed up in that game. He can do a bit of everything and because of that, he has a high ceiling. And the team he’s on certainly helps his case. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
