The Buffalo Bills head into the 2019 NFL Draft with holes up and down their roster, but they have an opportunity to fill a big one with their first round pick. Due to their record last season, Buffalo will be picking in the top-10 later this month, and could end up with arguably the best talent the draft has to offer.

Ed Oliver was once considered the top overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, but after a strange final season at Houston, he saw his draft stock drop a bit. Still, he should not drop out of the top-10 this April, and at No. 9, he would be a perfect fit in the Buffalo Bills defense.

Kyle Williams was a constant for this Bills defensive line for so many years, and his leadership on and off the field will be missed next season. In Oliver, the Bills could bring in a guy who could come in and start right away for the team, and has the skill set to be a disruptive force in the AFC East in 2019.

The Bills were a playoff team two years ago, and will be going into 2019 with a young quarterback entering his second season as the team’s starter. This is a team this going to be better next season, and adding a talent like Oliver could make their defensive front quite scary in 2019 and beyond.
