High Salary SG

Players costing over $6,250

Khris Middleton (vs OKC – $7,600): Needs 34.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34.75 fantasy points against Atlanta. I don’t know who the Bucks are going to play in this game and I’m not sure Middleton will get the minutes he needs for a big game. But I don’t like many of the high salary shooting guards just because none of them will get guaranteed minutes since so many teams have playoff spots clinched. Maybe look towards Luke Doncic? Middleton will at least play. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Delon Wright (vs GS – $7,300): Needs 34.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.75 fantasy points against Detroit. Wright was down against the Pistons and that’s a tad worrisome but there just aren’t many reliable options at the shooting guard position, at least not those who will get guaranteed minutes as guys will get rest. And the Warriors definitely don’t care about this game. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Dwyane Wade (at BKN – $6,700): Needs 31.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 40.75 fantasy points against Philadelphia. It’s Wade’s last game and even though Miami is out of things, it’s still his last game. And while he had his moment in Miami, he’ll want to deliver a strong outing in his actual final game. The Nets have nothing to play for and Wade will come out firing. Maybe it’s better Miami has nothing to play for. Given Wade all the shots and let him Kobe this thing. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
