High Value PG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Reggie Jackson (vs NY – $5,100): Needs 22.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 21.7 fantasy points against Memphis. The Pistons have something to play for and even though Jackson is not the most reliable option, he’s going to get the minutes. And he’s going up against the Knicks. You can always bet against the Knicks, even though the Pistons are not the most consistent team in the world. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Michael Carter-Williams (at CHA – $4,400): Needs 19.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 24.3 fantasy points against Boston. I don’t know how much minutes Augustin is going to play, which means MCW should pick up those extra minutes. He’s already playing well, the Hornets have something to play for but aren’t great defensively, and MCW is at a great salary given his minutes and usual production. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Quinn Cook (at MEM – $4,000): Needs 17.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 25.9 fantasy points against New Orleans. No Steph, probably no Klay and KD. Maybe no Cousins or Green. It’s going to be a lot of Quinn Cook. He’s up against a poor Memphis team and he’s at a great salary. I love Cook on Wednesday as he should easily be over value and then some. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
