Players costing over $6,667

LaMarcus Aldridge (at DEN – $8,500): Needs 37 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 58.7 fantasy points against Dallas. Aldridge can be all over the place but he’s going to get the minutes and opportunities. And we know Aldridge can get hot at any moment. He averaged 37.1 fantasy points in four games against the Nuggets this season. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Tobias Harris (vs BKN – $7,200): Needs 31.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 19.8 fantasy points against Miami. Harris has been a bit all over the place since joining the Sixers but with Embiid out of the lineup and with this matchup against the Nets, I have to expect that Harris will step up. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Paul Millsap (vs SA – $5,800): Needs 25.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 21.1 fantasy points against Minnesota. This is Millsap’s chance to step up. The Nuggets brought him here for this moments and he’s one of the few guys on the team who has been here before. He wasn’t great against the Spurs this season but I have to trust him in this situation. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Mike Scott (vs BKN – $4,200): Needs 18.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 19.9 fantasy points against Chicago. With Embiid out of the lineup, Scott should draw the start and he’s going to get the offensive opportunities. And it’s a good matchup as the Nets don’t offer much resistance with their frontcourt play. He’ll get you value if nothing else. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
