Players costing over $6,250

Andre Drummond (at MIL – $8,800): Needs 43.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 50 fantasy points against New York. If Griffin is out, that means Drummond is going to be the focal point for the Pistons. I’m not in love with him if Griffin is there but the Bucks are a tad undersized and Drummond can obviously post big scoring and rebounding numbers. I just don’t like Gobert or Kanter as much either. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Clint Capela (vs UTA – $6,700): Needs 32.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 41 fantasy points against Oklahoma City. Capela made his money last year against the Jazz in the playoffs. He averaged just 33.7 fantasy points in three games against the Jazz this season. But the playoffs are difference ant it’s clearly a matchup he’s comfortable against. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Players costing $6,250 or under

Steven Adams (at POR – $6,100): Needs 29.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 8.5 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Adams is definitely going to get the minutes and with Nurkic out for the Blazers, this should be a matchup he feasts on. He almost always gets the better of Kanter, who doesn’t offer much in terms of defense. Expect big things from Adams. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Brook Lopez (vs DET – $5,500): Needs 26.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 25.25 fantasy points against Atlanta. Lopez was good for most of the season for the Bucks and now his ceiling has dropped coming into the playoffs. He averaged 28.9 fantasy points in four games against the Pistons this season. He should be in for a strong night. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
