High Salary SG

Players costing over $6,250

Jimmy Butler (vs BKN – $7,400): Needs 34.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 54.75 fantasy points against Brooklyn. It’s playoff Jimmy Butler and as I said prior to Game 1, if anyone is going to step up for the Sixers, this is his spot. He can create his own shot and he will carry the offense as best he can. He’ll continue to deliver, even if the rest of the team can’t keep up. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Lou Williams (at GS – $6,800): Needs 32.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 43.75 fantasy points against Golden State. Williams is still the only player who can continue to deliver on offense consistently for the Clippers and he’s the only guy on. The Warriors I trust with their offense. He remains at a decent enough salary and the ceiling is very high. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

High Value SG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Caris LeVert (at PHI – $5,600): Needs 25.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 36.5 fantasy points against Philadelphia. Caris back? I still don’t fully trust him because he can be a hit all over the place since his injury but I also don’t trust the Sixers defense for anything right now. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Andre Iguodala (vs LAC – $4,000): Needs 18.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34.5 fantasy points against LA Clippers. It’s playoff Iggy w which means he’s the best player in the league and the one player that the Warriors can not afford to lose. He does a bit of everything and will remain at a great salary given his usual minutes and opportunities. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
