High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,250

Danilo Gallinari (at GS – $6,600): Needs 30.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 32.5 fantasy points against Golden State. Gallinari continues to be a reliable player and aside from Lou Williams, is the one guy who can carry the Clippers on offense. The Warriors are the Warriors and this series won’t be competitive but Gallinari should get his numbers if nothing else on the road. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a decent ceiling.

Tobias Harris (vs BKN – $6,200): Needs 28.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 23.75 fantasy points against Brooklyn. I don’t know what is up with Harris but it just isn’t working the way the Sixers hoped it would. The minutes and opportunities are still there and the Sixers will be better in. Game 2. And his salary has dropped, which is also good news. But he’s a slight risk. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a decent ceiling.

High Value PF

Players costing $6,250 or under

Montrezl Harrell (at GS – $5,900): Needs 28.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 42.75 fantasy points against Golden State. Harrell is bringing the energy for the Clippers and they certainly need something because the Warriors are the Warriors. I like Harrell’s game overall and the Clippers have found something in abusing Cousins in the pick-and-roll with Williams and Harrell. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Kevon Looney (vs LAC – $3,400): Needs 16.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 19.25 fantasy points against LA Clippers. There aren’t a ton of great value option at the forward position but if the Warriors are in another blowout, Looney will get the minutes and can contribute something. He has the trust of the coaching staff in these moments, which certainly helps. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a decent ceiling.
