Round 1

1.1 – Saquon Barkley, RB, Giants

1.2 – DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Texans

1.3 – Alvin Kamara, RB, Saints

1.4 – Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Cowboys

1.5 – Christian McCaffrey, RB, Panthers

1.6 – Odell Beckham, WR, Browns

1.7 – Michael Thomas, WR, Saints

1.8 – Davante Adams, WR, Packers

1.9 – Todd Gurley, RB, Rams

1.10 – Joe Mixon, RB, Bengals

1.11 – Juju Smith-Schuster, WR, Steelers

1.12 – Travis Kelce, TE, Chiefs

Difficult decision of the round: My most difficult decision here was where to place Todd Gurley. If there had been no news about an ailing knee, and if his usage had stayed consistent throughout last year (with none of that C.J. Anderson stuff), he would be my No. 1 overall player. However, all of that did happen, and his issues seem to be ongoing. Ninth overall is where I would feel okay taking him, but I’d still be nervous.
