Demond Demas is a tall wide receiver recruit with plenty of room to grow to fill out his frame. At 6’3″ and 182 pounds, Demas is going to be a favorite target for a quarterback because of his size and ability to get the football.

Demas has already committed to Texas A&M and Jimbo Fisher, but as has been mentioned a thousand times already, until the letter of intent is signed, anything can happen and recruiting never ends.

The Tomball product is expected to stay at home in Texas with the Aggies having the advantage over the rival Longhorns for now.

Texas experienced a big turnaround under Tom Herman last season, including a big win over Georgia. If the Longhorns continue to take off this season, a lot of recruits that might have eyes set elsewhere could very well flip.

Still, Demas has a great opportunity ahead of him at Texas A&aM potentially and Fisher has done a great job of producing wide receivers during his tenure as a college football head coach. Demas lives for beating defensive backs for the ball and the spirit of competition in the SEC might sway him to show what he can do against the best.

Prediction: Texas A&M
