Aledo product Jase McClellan is one of the top running backs available in the 2020 class.  The number-four running back in the nation, McClellan is going to be a difference maker at the next level.

Simply put, if Alabama is offering a running back, then that back has stardom written all over them. McClellan is another back in a great class full of them with good size and strength at 5’10” and 201 pounds.

McClellan is also plenty athletic with a solid vertical. His speed and size will make him a threat to score every time he touches the football, and he might run over some defenders along the way if need be.

He has good speed for his size as well, having run a 4.55-40 yard dash. His m.o. at the high school level has been that of a workhorse back. McClellan can be consistently fed touches without the slight worry of slowing down.

McClellan is either staying home to play for Texas or go to Oklahoma. He’s already given a commitment to the Sooners, and while that can always change, it’s a good sign of where he’s leaning.

Prediction: Oklahoma
