The Denver Broncos are in the market for a quarterback this April, and there have been rumblings that Drew Lock could be their guy at No. 10 overall. However, the Dwayne Haskins to Denver rumor mill has picked up steam in the past couple of days, especially if the New York Giants decide to pass on a quarterback for the second straight draft.

During his time at Ohio State, Haskins started only one season, but he was incredibly special during that time. He threw for 50 touchdowns for the Buckeyes, led them to a Rose Bowl victory, and displayed the talent to make plays happen with his arm, fitting the ball into tight windows throughout the year.

Earlier this offseason, Denver traded with the Baltimore Ravens for Joe Flacco, and he is going to be the guy for them this season, and maybe next. That would give the Broncos the opportunity to really groom Haskins for the future, as they have not had a real franchise guy since Peyton Manning retired after leading them to the Super Bowl.

Denver has some incredibly talented young players on their roster, especially on the offensive side of the ball. Teaming Haskins with the likes of running back Phillip Lindsay and wide receiver Courtland Sutton would give the Broncos a solid trio at the skill positions for years to come, and getting Haskins at No. 10 would be an absolute steal.
