Points were hard to come by in Game 1 between the Celtics and the Pacers. Whose offense will catch fire first in Game 2? Here’s what you need to watch.

The Celtics offense struggled mightily in Game 1 against the Pacers but Indiana had it even worse, managing just eight points in the third quarter and 29 points in the second half. Both teams will be looking to get things right at that end of the floor in Game 2.

Indiana hit just 6-of-27 3-pointers in Game 1, both missing open shots and struggling to generate the dribble penetration that would collapse the defense and create those openings on the perimeter. A lot will be riding on Tyreke Evans and Bojan Bogdanovic who combined to shoot just 7-of-22 with two assists and two turnovers in Game 1.

Boston appeared to find a rhythm in the second half and they’ll need to sustain that against Indiana’s punishing defense. Al Horford and Kyrie Irving were able to make tough shots but they’d like to get Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum more involved and make sure they’re moving the defense to create open shots. Gordon Hayward had some decent opportunities in the first half and if he can begin to capitalize the Celtics could separate themselves quickly.

Below is everything you’ll need to watch Game 2.

Without Victor Oladipo, the Pacers are longshots to beat Boston in the series. However, their defense is good enough to keep them in every game and there’s every reason to think this one should be competitive. Of course, if you’ve been enjoying all the other playoff games with teams scoring 130 or 140 points then this one might not be for you.
