High Salary C

Players costing over $6,250

Nikola Vucevic (vs TOR – $7,800): Needs 38.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 18 fantasy points against Toronto. Vucevic has not shown up in this series as the Raptors are going a good job of taking him away. But his ceiling remains high and maybe the series shifting to Orlando will change his fortunes. He’s a risk. But the opportunities will be there. Diagnosis: Inconsistent with a high ceiling.

Enes Kanter (at OKC – $6,500): Needs 31.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 11.25 fantasy points against Oklahoma City. Kanter is in the same boat as Vucevic, but at least he has had a big game in this series. He’s a high ceiling guy but not exactly reliable because he can disappear for stretches and be played off the court. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

High Value C

Players costing $6,250 or under

Steven Adams (vs POR – $5,900): Needs 28.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.75 fantasy points against Portland. While Kanter and Vucevic have higher ceilings, Adams is the more reliable option. The minutes are there, he gets decent enough opportunities and he has been solid in this matchup. He’s about the only good thing the Thunder have right now. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Marc Gasol (at ORL – $5,500): Needs 26.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.75 fantasy points against Orlando. And while Kanter is in the same boat as Vucevic, Gasol is in the same boat as Adams. He’s been playing fairly well during this series and is getting enough minutes to make an impact. He should deliver at least value once again. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
