FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – April 20, 2019
High Salary PF
Players costing over $6,667
LaMarcus Aldridge (vs DEN – $8,400): Needs 36.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 39.7 fantasy points against Denver. Aldridge has been reliable in the series and you know he can be better, especially at home. The minutes and opportunities will continue to be there for him and he can always get hot with his shooting. If nothing else, he’s going to be a reliable option once again. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Tobias Harris (at BKN – $7,700): Needs 33.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 52.7 fantasy points against Brooklyn. Harris also found his shooting touch in Game 3 and it was much needed for the Sixers. Much like Redick, they need his scoring with Embiid out of the lineup and he can certainly take advantage of this lineup. Derrick Favors isn’t a bad option but Harris is the more reliable option. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
High Value PF
Players costing $6,667 or under
PJ Tucker (at UTA – $5,300): Needs 23 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 25.8 fantasy points against Utah. I’m not worried about Tucker on the road. He’s been consistent in this series and there is no reason to think he will fall off given his usual minutes and role on the team. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (vs PHI – $4,500): Needs 19.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26.3 fantasy points against Philadelphia. Hollis-Jefferson has been good in the series and is at a low salary. He’s not playing big minutes but he’s playing enough minutes. There aren’t too many options at this spot but Hollis-Jefferson isn’t going to hurt you. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.
