High Salary C

Players costing over $6,250

Nikola Vucevic (vs TOR – $8,000): Needs 39.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 56.5 fantasy points against Toronto. Vucevic came alive in Game 3. I’m not sure if I trust him to do it against because of the first two games but it was nice to see him show up for Game 3. The ceiling is high but he’s not the most reliable option just because Gasol has had his number. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

Al Horford (at IND – $6,600): Needs 31.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 36.5 fantasy points against Indiana. Horford has been the consistent option if you want to save money rather than go with Vucevic. He doesn’t have the ceiling of Vucevic but you know he’s not going to really bottom out either. He will put up consistent numbers if nothing else. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

High Value C

Players costing $6,250 or under

Steven Adams (vs POR – $5,700): Needs 27.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 22.25 fantasy points against Portland. Adams was down in Game 3 but I’m not too concerned about him. They still look to get him involved and with OKC actually making shots in Game 3, things should open up a bit more for him. He’s at an even better salary for the minutes and opportunities he’s getting. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Andrew Bogut (at LAC – $4,700): Needs 23 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 37 fantasy points against LA Clippers. Bogut is drawing the start for the Warriors and that means he’s going to put up big numbers for the Warriors. Always take anyone in the Warriors starting lineup, especially when they are at a great salary and will get the minutes and chances. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
