High Salary C

Players costing over $6,667

Nikola Vucevic (vs TOR – $9,000): Needs 40.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 54.8 fantasy points against Toronto. Vucevic came alive in Game 3 and maybe that will mean bigger things for him in Game 4. I don’t fully trust him but he’s had a high ceiling all season. I wouldn’t fully trust him but if you want to take a slight risk and. Hope it pays off, Vucevic is a good option. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

Al Horford (at IND – $6,700): Needs 30.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 35.6 fantasy points against Indiana. Vucevic has the higher ceiling but Horford is the more consistent option. You typically know what you’re getting from him in the playoffs. He puts up good numbers in all categories but he won’t dominate a single category. Still, there’s nothing wrong with reliability. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

High Value C

Players costing $6,667 or under

Steven Adams (vs POR – $6,600): Needs 29.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 21.4 fantasy points against Portland. Turner and Gasol are decent options if you want to save a little bit of money but I still like Adams’ ceiling in this matchup. The Blazers don’t have a defense for him, it’s just a matter of the Thunder utilizing him more. And now that they have made shots, things should open up more for Adams. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Andrew Bogut (at LAC – $4,900): Needs 22.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 38.3 fantasy points against LA Clippers. Bogut is starting for the Warriors and you can always take a member of the Warriors starting lineup. Especially a player like Bogut who is at a good salary and know how to run the Warriors system. He should put up strong numbers once again. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
