. CB. Oakland Raiders. Deandre Baker. 27. player. 28

After taking Quinnen Williams and Jonathan Abram, the Raiders continue to add pieces on the defense. Deandre Baker is the best remaining cornerback on the board, and it makes the secondary a viable threat. If Baker and Abram come to town, the Raiders can add them to Lamarcus Joyner, Gareon Conley, and Karl Joseph. If nothing else, there’s athleticism and hope.

Oakland might be tempted here to land a tight end or even take Josh Jacobs, but Paul Gunther’s group needs too much work. The Raiders play in a division with two prolific offenses. They aren’t winning if they don’t make drastic upgrades defensively.

. DT. Los Angeles Chargers. Jerry Tillery. 28. player. 13

Admittedly, this is a dream scenario for the Bolts. Los Angeles would absolutely run to the podium if Tillery is still on the board, considering both its need for a defensive tackle and Tillery’s tape with the Fighting Irish. The Chargers are loaded on the edges and have one of the game’s best secondaries, but the interior of the front seven is weak. This choice would change that.

General Manager Tom Telesco could go with an offensive lineman in this spot, but with the board falling the way it did, Tillery is a no-brainer. With him on the inside, and Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram on the outside, the Chargers will be lethal.
