When talking about the guy who at the No. 19 spot on our countdown, a lot of the times his entrance is pretty tame, almost boring. We’re talking about the current (and two-time) WWE Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor.
What sets the former inaugural Universal Champion apart from everyone else, however, is what he happens when he transforms into his alter ego of The Demon King. Not only does he become virtually unstoppable in the ring, but he also brings with him easily one of the greatest entrances of all time.
Balor popularized The Demon character in New Japan Pro Wrestling as Prince Devitt, and it’s become a staple for him stateside in his higher-profile matches within NXT or on the main WWE roster. While donning The Demon persona, Balor has only lost one match in his WWE tenure. It’s a shame he didn’t pain up when he fought Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble, right?
It’s hard to find a better entrance in the modern era of WWE than The Demon King himself, from the rocking theme music entitled “Catch Your Breath” by CFO$, to the fog-an- light show to the wide range of paint variations that The Demon features as he crawls his way down the ramp towards the ring. At the end of the day, when Finn puts on the paint you can guarantee yourself a great entrance.
