At No. 18 is one of the most memorable entrances from the Attitude Era during the Monday Night Wars, which came from Gangrel’s stable The Brood. Whether he was with Edge and Christian or the Hardy Boyz, the entrance always managed to steal the show.

Coming out to an entrance theme that was called, appropriately, “Blood,” the trio rose through a fiery hole in the side of the stage. Out would step Gangrel, with the goblet of red liquid (which was obviously supposed to be blood but we all know that it wasn’t). No matter who he was flanked by, Gangrel was the star of the show.

Although Gangrel’s career never really went anywhere beyond The Brood gimmick, everyone he associated with went on to become a world heavyweight champion, be it in the WWE or IMPACT Wrestling. That is an impressive statistic, and one can’t rule out the impact that the Brood had on Edge, Christian and the Hardy Boyz early on in their careers.

While The Brood isn’t celebrated nowadays as one of the greatest parts of the Attitude Era, it was certainly one of the most memorable. No matter what era we came up in the world of professional wrestling one thing is certain: It will be very difficult to duplicate the entrance of this trio.
