Edge. Michigan. Rashan Gary. 19. player. 35.

The Tennessee Titans had an extremely disappointing end to the 2018 NFL season, as they lost a home game with the playofsf on the line in Week 17. To make matters worse, they lost to division rival Indianapolis, who would go on to beat another division rival in the Wild Card round in the Houston Texans.

This off-season, the Titans brought in some talent on both sides of the ball, including bringing in Ryan Tannehill to back up Marcus Mariota. During his time is the starting quarterback for the Titans, Mariota has not had to look over his shoulder, but that is going to change with Tannehill in camp this summer.

On the defensive side of the ball, the Titans need to get better off the edge, and they could find a star at pick No. 19 in Rashan Gary. One of the more versatile defensive lineman in this draft class, Gary did not put up a ton of sacks during his time at Michigan, but could turn into a double digit sack guy at the NFL level.

The Titans certainly have the talent to be a Wild Card team this upcoming season, but they are only going to go as far as Marcus Mariota will take them. If he can play better, thanks to the fact that he has someone pushing him for the job, then the Titans should be a team to watch in an AFC South that could be the best in football.
